Chapter 9
When Becky rushed into the hospital, her appearance shocked me.
In just a few days since I’d last seen her, the princess who had been the center of attention at the birthday party was gone.
Now her hair was disheveled, her foundation smeared across her face.
Even her clothes were wrinkled and exuded an air of cheapness.
“Sam, I truly know I was wrong! I just loved you too much, that’s why I made such a foolish mistake.”
Samuel didn’t even spare her a glance, immediately ordering security to throw her out.
He told me that he deliberately got together with Becky to upset me.
He gave her luxury cars and items worth millions out of guilt.
But he never expected she would use such malicious methods to harm me.
So, he took back everything.
For Becky, who was accustomed to a lavish lifestyle, this was like falling into hell.
“Not sending you to prison is my final act of mercy,” he said coldly.
Before Becky left, the look she gave me was so venomous it could have drawn blood.
Under the temptation of the two–hundred–million–dollar reward, it took only two days to find a matching kidney donor abroad.
Samuel immediately dispatched his private jet to bring the donor over.
Unexpectedly, as soon as they landed, the donor was kidnapped by traitorous bodyguards and disappeared.
I only received one message.
“Loretta, you’ve stolen everything from me. I will never let the three of you live happily together. I know you can give your kidney
to your son. I want you dead!”
Samuel exploded with rage, using every possible method to frantically search for Becky.
Unfortunately, time was too pressing, and hope was too slim.
Samuel’s gaze grew increasingly disturbed.
He hid something from me, speaking privately with the doctor.
Just as he brought me a glass of milk trying to coax me to drink it, his phone rang.
Someone sent a message claiming they’d spotted Becky and the donor in the eastern suburbs.

Samuel jumped up, rushing out without even putting on his coat.
“Loretta, this time I’ll personally bring them back!”
