Chapter 18
Once Adam mentioned Ginnie’s name, the artist stopped responding to him.
After waiting for five minutes, Adam asked the artist whether they had any worries.
But he failed to send the message. All he received was a red exclamation mark for his efforts.
He immediately tapped into the artist’s page, only to receive a system notification that he had been blocked.?
Adam scowled.
Ever since learning that Ginnie passed away half a year ago, he had descended into an endless spiral of pain and regret. There
were even a few times when he wanted to die.
It continued until lately, when he coincidentally discovered an artist with a style strikingly similar to Ginnie’s.
He regained his will to live with the hope that this artist would continue uploading their art.
In his mind, Ginnie was still drawing on the other side of the internet and had not completely left the world.
But why would the artist block him when he wanted them to draw a family portrait in place of Ginnie?
Suddenly, Adam raised his head.
A bold theory appeared in his head, and he could not stop his lips from quivering.
Could Ginnie still be alive? Was the artist who blocked him Ginnie herself?
He immediately called Leo, “Stop everything you’re doing and help me look into one person!”
Meanwhile, when Sirius went to visit Ginnie, he found her staring at the computer with a dazed look. Her face was pale.
“What’s wrong, Ginnie?”
With a full–body shudder, Ginnie’s mind slowly returned to the present.
She had thought that after she faked her death and left Shaunterpolis, she would never have anything to do with Adam again.
To think that she would end up reuniting with him online!
On top of that, Adam was making himself seem so guilty and loving toward his “dead” wife. What right did he have to do that?
Ginnie shut her eyes, calmed herself, and turned to Sirius. “It’s nothing. I was just daydreaming. What can I do for you?”
Sirius said mysteriously, “Do you remember me telling you that I love drawing in my spare time?”
“Of course.”
“I intend to organize an art exhibition on the 15th, but I don’t have enough art pieces on hand right now, so I’d like you to display

your art with mine.”
Ginnie thought that the date was giving her a sense of deja vu. After some thinking, she looked troubled.
Sirius. I‘
not trying to throw cold water on you here, but Orion is also organizing his art exhibition on that day, and he’s a very
famous artist. Shouldn’t we lay low?”
Sirius blinked before he chuckled.
“Ginnie, think. Couldn’t I be Orion?”
On the day of the art exhibition, Ginnie found herself seeing her art displayed alongside Orion’s pieces. She pinched her thigh.
She had admired Orion’s art for many years and had spoken online to Orion as Howard’s student.
Who would have thought that the famous artist was not some middle–aged man but was Sirius, the man who was practically
stuck to her side 24/7?!
Was the destiny that bound her to Sirius that strong?
Sirius had decided to show his face for the first time as Orion, and he was already surrounded by a large group of people.
Thus, Ginnie had to take up the major responsibility of introducing the pieces to guests. ests.
Just as she was feeling
ig overwhelmed with the work, a tall man showed up in front of her.
Nervousness gripped Ginnie’s heart..
Before she could look up, that man hugged her and said with a quivering voice, “Ginnie, it’s really you! You’re still alive!”
