Chapter 8
However, it could only be treated as an information leak. There was no leading clue..
I asked Melody out.
“Do you have concerns but lack evidence?”
Right then, Melody’s head snapped up, and she looked at me.
I asked, “Is it Jane?”
Melody did not confirm or deny it. She only pursed her lips.
I knew that I had guessed correctly.
I was thinking of a way to find evidence. When I returned to the dorm, my other roommates were not around.
Jane was in her seat dressed in lingerie, though.
She placed her phone in front of her as if she was taking photos of herself.
“Ah!” she yelled.
She quickly grabbed her clothes and put them on.
“Why did you sneak in so quietly? Were you trying to secretly take photos of me?” she accused.
I replied with a cold expression, “You’re wearing my clothes.
“I didn’t accuse you of stealing, but you’re accusing me of sneaking up on you.”
Jane put down her phone and grabbed her collar. She was adamant on not admitting defeat. “I was in a rush earlier, so maybe I took the wrong clothes!”
I sneered and wanted to call the dean to report Jane for stealing.
Jane took her phone and rushed out of the dorm room.
At first, I wanted to wait until Jane returned to observe her so that I could collect some evidence. However, she did not return for a few nights.
Later, another huge incident happened.
Someone posted the entire video on the college’s website.
At that time, Daniel was playing basketball with his friends.
Jane rushed over and grabbed Daniel frantically. “Didn’t you say if I sent you photos of Melody, you wouldn’t send my videos out?!” she screamed.
