Joy instantly filled my heart. I showed the latest message to my daughter:
“Lily, look! Daddy remembered.”
My daughter’s downcast head shot up, her face breaking into an ecstatic smile:
“Daddy must have prepared lots of gifts for me! Mommy, let’s go quickly!”
