“We wouldn’t have treated Paige this way if it weren’t for you. You’re a shameless bitch, Nancy Edwards! How can you be so horrible?!”
cy could not breathe from her throat being tightly clenched. She kept kicking at them.

Cole frowned. “Throw these troublemakers out of here. I don’t want our wedding to be affected by them.”
Security immediately took action and dragged away all three of them while they struggled.
My heart was at peace when I saw the doors close behind them. It seemed like our fates were sealed since that cruise trip.
Julian brought me to change into a new wedding gown and redo my makeup. Our wedding was completed with everyone’s blessing.
After seeing off all the guests, my parents did not leave. They pulled me aside to give me various reminders.
“You’re lucky to have married Cole Jefferson. Don’t forget about our family, understand?”
“Don’t forget to check with the Sinclairs about working together with us, okay?”
Cole did not even look at them. All he did was hold my hand.
“I’ll be taking my wife with me, Mr. and Mrs. Edwards. Sorry, I can’t see you off.”
My parents‘ faces turned pale. I did not look back as I let Cole hold my hand. I followed him back home while feeling a slight trepidation.
It had never occurred to me that I would be involved with the Sinclair brothers for five years only to marry their big brother in the end.
