“Did you just intend to hit my wife?Felicia,do you ever try to cross that line!” Marcelo warned, furiously.
I was momentarily stunned by Marcelo’s intervention in,1 gazed at his impassive profile, feeling an unfamiliar stir within my heart.

Despite lacking familial favet, Marcelo was still the legitimate heir as he was the son of the owner of the Kings Empire.
I heard that his father had 70% of the Kings‘ fortune.
Power was the only thing that mattered to the Kings and they would do anything to have it.
“Enough!“The old man who appeared to be Marcelo’s Grandfather thundered.
“You all have absolutely not respect for me.”
“I think it might be too late to teach Gary some respect now“Marcelo replied before turned to face me.

“Milena,this is taking forever. You keep begging the boss that you’d clear off your debt soon but you’re paying up miserably,”
“Please give me some time. “Milena begged. “L…I just got a job.It has a good pay and I’m starting tomorrow.With that, I’m going to be able to pay up soon.“She added.
“Let’s just see how well you pay up in a month.If you still pay up in peanuts. The boss will come for you.”
Milena swallowed as the call ended.She sighed heavily wondering why she would finally be free from the shackles of the loan sharks.
A knock came from the door and it was her roommate who had just returned from work
She barely said hi to Lena as she hurriedly started changing her clothes.
“Are you going somewhere?“Lena asked.
“I agreed to go clubbing with Pam tonight and I’m running late.”
Lena nodded in comprehension and said. “Alright,have fun
But there was never a time where she could get anything pass Gab
Her roommate’s name was Gabriella and was called Gab for short.

“How was your date?Did something; happen today?”
Lena shook her head and Gab instantly paused.
“Those assholes called, didn’t they?”
“It’s okay I’m used to their threats,”
“Oh,Gab.It’s great that you got a good job now.You can finasy pay off your dad’s debts.It won’t be long anymore, okay?”
Lena nodded,bitting back her tears. It had really been hard paying back debts that wasn’t hers, getting beaten up and threatened over it.
“You know what?Come clubbing with us.”
“No.I hate clubs.”

“Oh.come “Oh, come on, you need this. For once in your life, Milena,let’s get high,dance and maybe you could finally get laid.”
Lena ran a hand through her hair.Maybe she should finally experience club life for once.
But she didn’t want to get laid.
And that was how she found herself in the bar with Pam and Gab.
She had a few drinks but she made sure she didn’t get intoxicated.She wanted to be able to figure out her way home.Plus, she had to arrive early at work tomorrow.
Jason walked into the bar alone.He missed the old days where him and Marcelo used to party all the time but when Marcelo lost his father and then older brother, his life suddenly got so serious.As if someone had seeped out the fun in it.

But Jason was a fun guy so here he was about to have the time of his life.

had a few drinks and hit the dance floor dancing with different ladies.
He saw a lady dancing alone and then he moved closer and started to dance with her from behind.
He felt her stiffen and then he backed off immediately. He perfectly understood that some ladies do not like to dance with random guys at the club so he doesn’t force it.
But when she turned around, he was stunned for a moment
She was so beautiful, her eyes were like the ocean.
Milena stared at the handsome stranger.Pam and Gab had been begging her to dance with a man but she keeps refusing.
Now, with how this man respected her body language, she found that attractive.
So she moved closer to him and started to dance with him Jason reciprocated her energy and they both had a fun time on the dance floor.
Jason noticed she was getting tired so he whispered in her ear.
“Should we go sit?”

She nodded and they both retired to a table.
He ordered drinks for them and then he began.
“I’m Jason,what can I call you,beautiful?”
“Lena. “She replied.
“Such a beautiful name.”
She blushed. “It’s actually Milena I’m called Lena for short
“Your name just gets keep more beautiful like you. What does it mean?”
“Gracious, love, warmth.”
“Wow, no wonder I’ve been feeling warm since I met you,”
Milena laughed.
She suddenly recalled Gab’s hot tales about one–night–stand
It was rare for her to find guys attractive.She had only been focused on working her ass off since she was fifteen.
Maybe she should let loose and just have a fun night.Even if this was against her morals,she wouldn’t be seeing this guy ever again, right?
So with that, she suggested. “Do you want to spend the night with me?”
Being a playboy that he was, Jason wasn’t one to say no.
So he agreed and hurriedly got them to an hotel room.
