Chapter 32
Hearing this, Stellar merely let out a soft chuckle “Whether I have the ability to get into Professor Stone’s research institute isn’t
for you to deciile.”
She cast a casual glance at Yvonne. “But if you really doubt me, Miss Harlow, why don’t you go ahead and answer Mr. Grayson’s
question yourself?”
A wave of humiliation and frustration surged through Yvonne.
She was absolutely livid.
But there was no way she could answer–she didn’t understand a single thing: Stellar had just said.
And with so many people watching, she couldn’t throw a tantrum either.
She could only stand there, her face turning an embarrassing shade of red.
Stellar didn’t spare her another glance.
Instead, she refocused her unwavering gaze on Zachary..
“Mr. Grayson, just give me a chance. In one month, I’ll bring you the upgraded material.”
Zachary didn’t answer right away.
Instead, something else caught his attention.
“You mentioned Professor Stone just now… Are you talking about Victor Stone from the Institute of Aeronautics?
Stellar paused for a moment. He knew about Victor?
She nodded. “Yes”
A sharp glint flickered across Zachary’s eyes.
Victor was a legend in the industry. If Stellar really had the skills to join his research team, then her claims about the upgraded material weren’t just empty talk
More importantly, if his guess was right, this collaboration she was proposing was likely the compensation Rivers Corporation
had promised him earlier.
And sure enough, this was an even better deal.
Compared to this, the Moore and Harlow families‘ partnership was utterly insignificant.
With that thought, he quickly made a decision.
Of course, being the businessman he was, he wasn’t about to show his full hand just yet

“In that case, I’ll be looking forward to good news. Once you’ve secured your spot in the research institute, we’ll discuss the
collaboration in detail.”
As the CEO of a publicly traded corporation, he had to consider the company’s best interests. But he was certainly intrigued by
Stellar’s potential.
Stellar wasn’t discouraged by his noncommittal response.
Instead, she flashed a bright, confident smile.
“Thank you for the opportunity, Mr. Grayson. I’ll prove myself to you.”
As long as nothing was finalized, the door was still open. It only meant she needed to work even harder.
Zachary gave a satisfied nod.
On the side, Percy let out a silent breath of relief upon hearing that Zachary hadn’t immediately agreed to collaborate with Stellar.
He naturally assumed he still had a chance.
Zachary simply hadn’t yet seen what Moore Enterprises was truly capable of.
“Mr. Grayson, I really wouldn’t put too much faith in her if I were you. I can personally guarantee that Moore Enterprises is a hundred times stronger than a small company like Riverside Corporation. Just wait and see.”
His confidence was unwavering, completely convinced that there was no way he could lose to Stellar.
Zachary curled his lips into a faint, unimpressed smirk.
For the first time, he found himself at a complete loss for words.
Confidence was good. But blind, baseless confidence? That was just arrogance.
The only reason this guy had managed to close so many deals before was because of Stellar, wasn’t it?
A man’s greatest downfall was not knowing his own limits.
“Mr. Grayson, I’ll be heading out now.”
With everything settled, Stellar didn’t linger
She exchanged a brief farewell before turning and walking away with effortless poise.
Percy, standing off to the side, felt an inexplicable surge of anger as he watched her leave. She completely ignored him from start
to finish.
Feeling frustrated, he hastily bid Zachary goodbye and rushed after her.
The moment he stepped outside, he spotted Stellar standing by the roadside.
Her back was straight, her posture composed, as the golden light of the setting sun cast a soft, warm glow over her.
The way it illuminated her profile made her look effortlessly confident and striking.
Percy found himself momentarily dazed.
Why had he never noticed before how stunning she could be?
Just then, Yvonne caught up, only to see Percy standing there, staring at Stellar like he was in a trance.
Suppressing her growing anger, she grabbed his arm and tugged.

“Percy, why does my sister insist on competing with you for this project? Doesn’t she realize how important this is to us? We
already made up for what happened before, but now she just keeps going against us, again and again. Isn’t she taking it too far?”
