Lila pointed at me, backing away in shock. “You… You were faking it this whole time? Yet, you still got involved with Jonah? Gina Preston, I really underestimated you. You’re the worst of them all!
“I’m telling Eric and Jonah the truth—that you never lost your memory and have been lying to them from the start!”
I didn’t stop her. Instead, as she turned to leave, I warned coolly, “Are you sure you want to do that? If you tell Eric, do you really think he’ll still want you?”
