Vanessa, meanwhile, was laughing uncontrollably, casting a meaningful glance through the blinds toward Leora, who stood frozen just outside.

Zane scoffed. “She’s carrying someone else’s seed. No matter how you look at it, she’ll be seen as a cheating slut. Even if she knows the truth, would she dare say it out loud?“]

With that, he pulled a stack of photos from his pocket and tossed them on the table.
