Lucas suddenly approached with a malicious grin, “Hey, bro, wanna go explore the lone wolf den?”
My son scowled, “Are you trying to bully me again? You can’t beat me now! The lone wolf den is dangerous. If you sneak off, I’ll
report you to the teacher.”
Lucas could only laugh awkwardly, “You’re no fun. Fine, I won’t go.”
But on the way home, Andrew heard Lucas’s desperate howls for help. Without thinking, he rushed to the sound, only to be
knocked unconscious by Lucas and dragged to the lone wolf den.
He woke up in pain.
When he came to, he saw Lucas holding a hammer, cruelly driving silver nails into his wrists.
The agony was unbearable. His pained howls were so shrill that they sent the bats fleeing from the dark forest.

With every strike of the hammer, Lucas mocked him, “Fight back, come on! Aren’t you proud? The only A–ranked warrior in the
training camp!”
Lucas’s accomplices stood by, hesitant but not daring to stop the torture.
The silver nails burned Andrew’s wounds. Fear overtook him, and he begged Lucas to stop, but all he received was a devilish smile
from Lucas.
Andrew realized begging was useless and chose to endure the torment in silence. His face, though only ten years old, was filled
with despair.
The werewolves watching Andrew’s memories gasped in horror, “Oh my god, it’s too painful, stop, he’ll die!”
Alpha wolves from other packs furrowed their brows, “This is the so–called ‘hero‘ from Moonshadow Pack? He’s a butcher! He
clearly intended to kill that cub!”
Ivy lunged at me, attempting to stop me, but how could she stop a mother wolf who had lost her cub?
With a single motion, I could throw her aside!
Ivy, as if gravely wounded, spat blood and crawled toward Anthony, kneeling before him, “Honorable Alpha, please stop her! This
must be a lie! Grace is jealous of me and my son, she must have fabricated this huge lie!”
But Anthony couldn’t hear Ivy’s pleas. He stared at the crystal ball, trembling all over, “No, this can’t be! Lucas is so well-
behaved, how could he do this to Andrew?”
He grabbed my shoulders in fury, “Why didn’t Andrew fight back? What kind of mother are you?”
I coldly met his eyes, “My esteemed Alpha, don’t you remember? Every time Lucas fought back, he would come to you and
complain, and you would scold and punish Andrew! Using your power as the Alpha’s son to bully others!”
“You yourself told him, ‘Even if Lucas bullies you, you must endure it!‘”
Anthony staggered back two steps, clearly shocked by the words he had said, “Did I say that? When did I say that? That fool, Andrew, believed such things?”
The shared memory of Andrew continued, and my body trembled with pain. But my inner wolf howled in agony–
If it meant avenging my son, what was a little more pain?
Now, the real work would begin!
