We ended up exchanging roles. My father took Ari everywhere to have fun while I got busy managing Heavenly Wolf Pack.

Every time I saw Ari, he would run to me laughing and hug me tight while telling me how much he missed me.
However, he would abandon me and run off the moment my father showed him a toy.
Poor Ari. I was always busy before and seldom took him anywhere fun. Seeing him so happy made me happy and sad at the same time.
My mother returned early from her vacation and rushed home to Heavenly Wolf Pack.
She was inspired to start cooking and was always finding ways to cook ‘great food‘ for my father and Ari.
I would often see my father and Ari making their escape while my mother chased behind them with a pot.
This made me think about how I should have left Rook earlier. How nice would it be if I did that…
I turned and saw a handsome, elegant man walking toward me from afar. He leaned against a tree and smiled,
It was a delightful surprise for me. “What are you doing here, Adrian?”
We were playmates when we were younger. His family had businesses with fifty to sixty packs.

He was the one who lent me the helicopter to come home.
“Same as here. I plan to be back for good.”
“That’s great. Let me know if you need anything.”
He smiled. There was a spark in his eyes. “There’s no hurry. We have a long time ahead of us.”

Half a month later, the steward who returned with me to Heavenly Wolf Pack told me that a servant from Moon Shadow Pack had
something to inform me.
“Master Rook is almost breaking down from your absence during this time, Your Highness.”
After Anna was discharged from the hospital, Rook brought Sera and Anna home.
Their once–perfect life was now a mess. The new servants kept messing up the things at home, while the cooks could never get Rook’s food right. Even his driver kept making wrong turns.
Many of his projects began to have problems. His partners suddenly decided to pull their investments and Moon Shadow Pack’s
income became lesser and lesser.
Rook thought that things would return to normal once I went back to him.
However, he waited for a long time without any news of me.
He could no longer take it and sent me a message.
“When are you coming back, Rhea?”
That was when he realized the message had failed to be delivered.
Rook went to Ari’s previous school to pick him up after class.
The teacher gave him a small smile. “Weren’t you aware, Master Roo? Princess Rhea already took Ari out of this school.”
“Impossible! She’s having one of her tempers. She won’t take Ari out of this school.”
The teacher had long been unhappy with Rook. “If my partner disappeared for three years only to return with his lover and their daughter and spent every minute of his time with them, I would have left him right away.”
Rook felt slightly embarrassed. “Ari isn’t my son…”
“Huh?” The teacher laughed like she heard the biggest joke in the world. “Gosh, Master Rook. Why are you looking at me like that? Haven’t you looked into a mirror before? Ari looks exactly like you!
“Anyone who has seen both of you will know right away that you’re father and son.”
