Nicholas couldn’t help imagining the scene of his reunion with Quinn. Would she be overjoyed to see him? It had been ages since he’d last seen her, and he missed her dearly.
As he was about to arrive, he pulled out a wedding band and stroked it carefully. He’d genuinely looked forward to marrying Quinn when he’d gone abroad to have the rings custom–made.
If not for Jasmine’s sudden return, he and Quinn would have been happy.
A tear suddenly rolled down his face and dropped onto the ring. He held it tighter. This was the only ring left from the pair he’d had made, so he couldn’t lose it.
Nicholas was lost upon arriving at his destination. He’d only found out which flight Quinn had taken; he had no idea where exactly she was. How was he going to find her in such a large city?
Suddenly, he caught sight of someone holding up a banner to welcome their guests. An idea hit him.
Quinn was reading some documents at home when she received a call from Gabriel. “Someone has confessed their feelings to you
at the airport, Quinn. He said he won’t leave until you show up.”
He then sent her a video. In it, Nicholas stood before a sea of flowers while dressed in a costume. “I’ll find you wherever you are, Quinn. I’ll use the rest of my life to make up for the hurt I’ve caused you!
